Our projects
We are involved in projects of all kinds around the world which are focused on improving the quality of life of the most vulnerable groups. We feel it is part of our responsibility. Various charitable organizations and entities rely on our commitment and our drive to make the world a better place. We walk for a better, fairer, and more supportive world by participating in the Magic Line 2024. This walk, organized by the Obra Social San Juan de Dios, is a solidarity-driven, athletic, and festive event organized to raise funds in favour of various social and research projects, especially helping vulnerable groups.
At Laboratorios Viñas we support the Travesía Transpirenaica Social Solidaria (TSS), which celebrated its eleventh edition in 2024. Under the motto "Caring to Be", thanks to this socio-educational project, 200 young people in vulnerable situations participated in this transformative experience, fostering a space for personal and community growth.
At Laboratorios Viñas, we partnered with Red Cross to support their work assisting those affected, with a special focus on the most vulnerable. From the first emergency, Red Cross teams have worked to provide shelter, food and health care, but their commitment has extended much further, showing their long-term dedication.
The Fundación Tècnica i Humanisme, paired with oncologists from the Instituto de Oncología Clínica, has developed multiple initiatives since 1999 to support people with cancer and their families, offering social and psychological assistance, and conducting educational actions to raise awareness, especially among young people and children.
Laboratorios Viñas has supported the work of Amref Health Africa since 2017, an organization that carries out various activities across the continent to improve local population health, especially for women and children, given that 48% of people in Africa currently lack access to healthcare services.
In 2024, the project “Los primeros 1000 días de vida enfocados en la salud comunitaria”, a pilot program in the rural region of Arsi, Oromia (southern Ethiopia), launched by the NGO Alegría Sin Fronteras, led by Dr. Iñaki Alegría, was recognized with the Best Solidarity Aid Initiative Award by the Fundación Prandi, with which Laboratorios Viñas has collaborated since 2018.
We are committed to empowering women in vulnerable environments, once again supporting the Oxfam Intermón “Empresas que Cambian Vidas (ECV)” program. Since 2015, this initiative has boosted the talent, strength, and entrepreneurial capacity of women in countries like Bolivia, Burkina Faso and Senegal, helping them create businesses and become essential pillars of their communities' development.

Since 2019, we have partnered with SEMERGEN Solidaria, the humanitarian arm of the Sociedad Española de Médicos de Atención Primaria (SEMERGEN). This initiative was born from the members' commitment to assist vulnerable populations in various countries by applying professional knowledge, providing medical care, and donating medical supplies.
