Septomida MD Spray is a powerful anti-exudative, astringent and an antiseptic adjuvant for the treatment of exudative skin lesions, promoting their healing.

Acting externally through direct topical application, zinc, copper and aluminium-potassium sulphates present in Septomida MD exert drying and astringent effects, eliminating exudate from exudative cutaneous lesions. This anti-exudative effect reduces the risk of infections.

Septomida MD is indicated for cleaning wounds, hygiene of weeping skin ulcers (pressure sores, diabetic ulcers, burns, etc.), or any other weeping lesion that is infected or likely to become infected.

It is used as a co-adjuvant treatment for weeping lesions of allergic (acute dermatitis, acute exudative eczema), fungal (exudative dermatomycosis, infections with vesicles/maceration, etc.), bacterial (acute secondary dermatitis, pompholyx, impetigo) and viral aetiology (herpes zoster), as well as inflammatory skin lesions with exudate (intertrigo, non-specific or irritative external exudative balanitis or balanoposthitis, etc.).

Septomida MD Spray does not cause irritation and is highly safe for use in adults and children.

Spray directly onto affected areas 3 or 4 times. Repeat twice daily, preferably morning and night until the exudate or moisture disappears.

If desired, spray onto a gauze, cotton pad or compress until soaked in solution, and then apply to the affected area as a poultice for a few minutes, twice daily.
